How do I monitor remote workers?

WorkScape can monitor the productivity of employees working from home.

You can use group policy to set up monitoring of a remote worker if the worker's computer is joined to the company domain. For instructions for using group policy to set up monitoring of a remote worker or workers, see the FAQ How does an administrator deploy WorkScape using group policy?

If a remote worker's computer is not joined to the company domain, you must use regular installation. To use regular installation to set up monitoring of a remote worker, follow these steps:

  1. Create your Panogard account. See the FAQ How do I create a Panogard account?
  2. Add the remote worker to your account. See the FAQ How do I add employees to my account?
  3. The employee must now install WorkScape on his or her computer. See the FAQ How does an employee install WorkScape using regular installation?
