How can I get help fixing common WorkScape issues?
You may run into issues downloading, installing, or logging into WorkScape. You may find no logs in the Admin panel when logs should be present. Panogard can help you fix many such issues if you send us a WorkScape log file.
We can help with the following issues:
- You cannot download or install WorkScape.
- You have installed WorkScape successfully but cannot log into it.
- Your WorkScape license is assigned and you have logged in successfully but you find no logs in the Admin panel.
- You have some other issue related to the WorkScape client.
Use the following instructions for sending Panogard a WorkScape log file. Use the instructions for your operating system, MacOS, Unix, or Windows.

Download the WorkScape diagnostic tool. When you do, be sure to choose Save, not Run. The tool is here:

Open the Downloads folder in Windows Explorer.

In the Downloads folder find check_workscape.cmd and run (double click) it.

Find the out folder, compress it, and send it to support@panogard.com for analysis.

Open Terminal.

Run these commands in this order:
cd /tmp
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsS https://www.panogard.com/static/download/diag/check_workscape_mac.sh)"

Find the file /tmp/out.tar.gz and send it to support@panogard.com for analysis.

Run these commands in this order:
cd /tmp
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsS https://www.panogard.com/static/download/diag/check_workscape_unix.sh)"

Find the file /tmp/out.tar.gz and send it to support@panogard.com for analysis.
