How do I buy a WorkScape subscription and register my license?

To buy a subscription and register your license, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the WorkScape Admin Panel. See the FAQ How do I log in to the WorkScape Admin Panel?
  2. In the left column, click Account and then License. The Your License dialog opens.
  3. Click the Change or add license tab. The tab opens and subscription options are shown.
  4. Select the option that meets your needs. Then click Buy license. A secure PayProGlobal purchase page opens.
  5. In the Quantity column on the purchase page, adjust the number to indicate the number of computers you want to monitor with your license.
  6. Completer the order form and click SUBMIT ORDER.
  7. Immediately after your order is processed, a THANK YOU page opens and your license key is displayed in blue. Copy and save the key. The key will also be sent to you in an email.
  8. Return to the WorkScape Admin Panel.
  9. Click and open the Current licenses tab.
  10. Click the Register your license key button. The Register your license key dialog opens.
  11. Enter your license key in the License key field. Then click Register. The Current licenses tab opens and lists your new license.

You have successfully registered a new license. You can now assign the computers you want to monitor to the license. See the FAQ How do I add a computer to monitor?
